We invite you to try our wide variety of menu options. We proudly feature fresh, never-frozen USDA Certified Angus Beef and Boar’s Head products. Our brisked and pulled pork is smoked in-house, and our steaks are hand cut, aged at least 21 days.

From Our Smoker

Apple/Hickory Smoked Brisket (USDA black Angus choice beef) and Pulled Pork. All meat is marinated, injected, and rubbed with house recipes before entering our smoker for 12-15 hours.


USDA CAB 12oz Ribeye Steak Dinner. Steak is aged a minimum of 21 days, hand-cut.

Broasted Chicken – To Go Orders Available

Broasted to order. All chicken orders include house-made cole slaw, beans, and a fresh bakery roll. Our wide variety of sauces include several in-house recipes.



Our own special recipe of fresh ground beef, ground in-house daily, grilled to order, and topped any way you like. Comes with kettle chips, french fries, or homemade potato salad. Substitute for sweet potato tots for $1.50 naked or tossed with sugar and cinnamon.
